1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • The product must be in its original condition with tags intact.
  • A complete unpacking video must be provided as proof of condition at the time of receiving the order.
  • Customized or sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  2. Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping details.
  3. Ship the product back using a trackable courier service at your own expense.
  4. After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or store credit.
  • Processing Time: Refunds may take 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Shipping fees and COD charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchange Policy

We allow exchanges for size or color issues within 7 days of delivery. The exchange process follows the same conditions as returns. If the requested exchange item is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unpacking video.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, if applicable.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
  • Orders already shipped cannot be canceled.
